I have worked in the tax arena for over three decades -- with tax counseling experience ranging from small businesses to multi-national corporations. In addition to having a law degree, I am a CPA and hold a post-doctoral degree in tax law. Gaining experience working with CPAs and tax lawyers from large firms, I have strategized and implemented tax-savings -- from reorganizing corporations to resolving disputes with taxing authorities..
Based on your specific needs, I am equipped to handle your matters alone or act as your lead strategist by contracting with preferred expert specialists from a wide variety of tax law and tax accounting backgrounds.
